First off, we want to say thank you for considering us to capture your love story. We know how special this chapter of your life is, and we’re honored to be part of it. Our goal? To make your wedding photography experience as seamless, fun, and meaningful as possible. Here’s a step-by-step guide to what you can expect when working with us.
Step One: Let's Connect
First things first—reach out when you’re ready to book. The process is usually smoother once you have settled on a date and possibly the venue. We’ll start with a quick chat to check availability and make sure we’re the perfect fit for your vision. You’ll get all the details about the package(s) you are interested in, so you can make a confident decision.
Step Two: Make it Official
Once you’re ready to take the next step, we’ll send over a contract for you and your partner to review and sign. To lock in your date, a 50% deposit is needed at this time. If you'd prefer, we can split the payment into four equal installments - just let us know before signing so we can adjust the contract. Just a heads-up: the remaining balance will be due two weeks before your wedding day.
Step Three: Connect and Plan
The next step is to connect—either in person or over Zoom, whichever you prefer! This is where we’ll chat about all the things that matter most. From Grandma Lee’s family ring to the hand-sewn lace on your dress, we’ll make note of all the personal touches you want captured. We’ll also work together to create a realistic timeline, ensuring we include your must-have shot list and any special moments or surprises. That way, on your wedding day, you can relax and enjoy every second without a worry!
Step Four: The Wedding Day or Session Event
Finally the day has come! We couldn’t be more excited to capture these special moments for you. We understand that being in front of the camera can bring some nerves, but we’re here to make you feel comfortable and at ease. At times, we’ll blend into the background so you can truly immerse yourselves in the moment. But don’t worry—we’ll also be there to offer helpful guidance when it comes to those posed shots

Beforehand, we’ll send reminders, tips, and a mini guide so you know exactly what to expect. Outdoor sessions usually happen at sunrise or golden hour for that dreamy light, while indoor sessions depend on studio availability and lighting.
Step Five: The Final Gallery
Your full gallery will be ready within 3-4 weeks for weddings and 2-3 weeks for engagements or special sessions. Every image is carefully edited and delivered in a high-resolution online gallery, ready for you to download, print, and share to your heart’s content.
